Longwave-infrared (LWIR) microbolometer imaging cores operating at up to 960 fps are based on an uncooled amorphous silicon microbolometer. They offer 8–14 µm spectral coverage and thermal sensitivity noise-equivalent temperature difference (NETD) <60 mK. Designed for OEM use, they use standard Camera Link output, with options for MIPI, USB3, or NTSC.
