The H105 ProScan microscope stage from Prior Scientific (Fulbourn, Cambridgeshire, England) has use in precision mapping of large specimens. Delivering precise motorized movement in steps as small as 0.04 µm, the stage is adaptable with a variety of sample holders and can be used with many larger upright microscopes or optical systems. It offers a 154 × 154 mm travel range and XY repeatability of ±0.7 µm, as well as the company's Intelligent Scanning Technology to store stage calibration metrics on board to minimize metric errors.
