The LIV100 integrated laser-diode characterization system includes an integrated USB spectrometer for exact wavelength determination during the characterization of light power, current, and voltage. The current range has been extended upward to 400 A and downward to <1 A for low power diodes. Laser Diode Characterization LIV100

Artifex Engineering will be demonstrating the integrated laser diode characterization system LIV100 at the LASER World of Photonics, booth B1-501.
This upgraded system includes an integrated USB spectrometer for exact wavelength determination during the LIV characterization process.

In addition, the current range has been significantly extended:
• upwards to 400A
• downwards to currents under 1A for low power diodes

The LIV100 is easy to integrate into automated production systems. The unit is very compact and performs autonomous measurement cycles, communicating via a USB interface.
