The AXUV100G is a 100 × 100 mm active area electron detection device designed for use in radiation detection applications. It features electron responsivity at energy levels as low as 100 eV. The shunt resistance is at 20 MΩ (minimum); reverse breakdown voltage is 5 V (minimum) and 10 V (typical).
