The CKX53 inverted light microscope provides advanced imaging capabilities for cell culture checking and documentation in fields such as regenerative medicine and drug discovery, where stem cells are continuously produced via cell culturing. The microscope combines the company's UIS2 objectives with a newly developed integrated phase contrast system that enables viewing samples at 4x, 10x, 20x, and 40x without exchanging or re-centering the ring slit. It also features an energy-efficient, long-life LED light source for brightfield imaging.
