    The DFB-785 laser diode, based on distributed-feedback technology, delivers 100 mW output power with 1 MHz (typical) linewidth in a compact TO-5 package with an integrated thermoelectric cooler (TEC), monitor diode, and negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistor. A fiber-coupled version is also available. The device includes a 40 mW fiber and is based on standard 14-pin butterfly packages.
