Miniaturized deformable mirror module from Dyoptyka

Jan. 18, 2013
The uDM-4.5 miniaturized deformable mirror module measures 4.5 mm high.

The uDM-4.5 miniaturized deformable mirror module measures 4.5 mm high. Used with beam diameters from 1 to 3 mm, it can be located in front of beam expansion optics in an optical illumination system to achieve speckle contrast ratios ~3% from a single highly coherent laser source. It can also be coupled into a 100-µm-diameter core multimode optical fiber.

PRESS RELEASE

New product, uDM-4.5

We are proud to announce our miniaturized deformable mirror module of height 4.5 mm. It can be used with beam diameters from 1 mm to 3 mm so it can be located before beam expansion optics in an illumination optical system and, if required, very efficient coupling into 100 um core diameter multimode optical fiber can be achieved. At short notice, in consultation with our volume manufacturing partner, we can provide price and lead time quotations for volumes from 1 to 10,000 for a variety of wavelengths and optical powers.
